Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted red peppers and walnuts. Perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin


Instructions

  1. Roast the red bell peppers in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until charred.
  2. Remove the skins and seeds from the peppers.
  3. Blend the roasted peppers, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and serve chilled or at room temperature.
