Ingredients
- 8 spring onions, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place spring onions on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
- Serve warm.
