Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp berbere spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, berbere spice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
