Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the onions with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the onions evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and tender.
- Serve warm.
