Ingredients

  • 4 medium onions, peeled and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss onion halves with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange onions cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  5. Serve warm as a side dish.
