Description
A simple and healthy bread made with rosemary and olive oil. Perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, rosemary, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use fresh rosemary for best flavor.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
