Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
