Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and cubed rutabaga
  • 2 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Boil rutabaga and potatoes in salted water until tender
  2. Drain well and return to pot
  3. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper
  4. Mash until smooth
  5. Serve warm
