Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup stone-ground grits
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapenos, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
