Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 large refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Press biscuits into muffin tin cups, forming a well in the center.
  7. Spoon sausage gravy into each biscuit cup.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
