Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Stir for 10 seconds.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
