Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Stir for 10 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
