Description
A quick and healthy stir fry with cabbage and beef, perfect for a low-carb meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and cook until tender.
- Add soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean beef for a lower-fat option.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
