Description

A nutritious seafood bowl packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids.


Ingredients

  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 100g shrimp
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Season salmon and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook salmon for 4 minutes per side.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Slice avocado and squeeze lemon juice over it.
  6. Assemble bowl with quinoa, spinach, salmon, shrimp, and avocado.
