A nutritious seafood bowl packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 200g salmon fillet
- 100g shrimp
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Season salmon and shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook salmon for 4 minutes per side.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slice avocado and squeeze lemon juice over it.
- Assemble bowl with quinoa, spinach, salmon, shrimp, and avocado.

- Use fresh seafood for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
