Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix yeast with warm water and honey. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine buckwheat flour, seeds, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing.
