Description

A nutritious and wholesome whole wheat bread enriched with sesame and flax seeds for added texture and health benefits.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet (7g) active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, warm water, and honey in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add whole wheat flour, salt, olive oil, sesame seeds, and flax seeds. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.
