Description

A nutritious and flavorful casserole combining tofu, broccoli, and sesame for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz), cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Toss tofu and broccoli in the sauce until coated.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tofu is golden and broccoli is tender.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
