Description
A nutritious and flavorful casserole combining tofu, broccoli, and sesame for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz), cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Toss tofu and broccoli in the sauce until coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tofu is golden and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
