Ingredients
- 2 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
- 1 apple, thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and shave the Brussels sprouts thinly.

- Whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
