Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Spread in a single layer on the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve warm with tortillas or rice.

- You can use store-bought or homemade fajita seasoning.
