Description

Ingredients
- 2 large yellow onions, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss onion wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use red onions for a sweeter flavor.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
