A simple and healthy meal with turkey sausage and roasted potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread potatoes on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced turkey sausage to the pan.
- Roast for another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
