A fresh and flavorful dish featuring shrimp, avocado, and mango salsa with a zesty lime-chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and half the lime juice for the salsa. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Drizzle remaining lime juice over the shrimp.
- Arrange avocado slices in bowls, top with shrimp and mango salsa.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe mango for the best flavor.
- Adjust chili powder for desired spice level.
