Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden.
