Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Transfer to the slow cooker with butternut squash, broth, and spices.
