Description
A simple and healthy vegetable soup made in a slow cooker with just five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, potatoes)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Add vegetables, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth to the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot.

- You can use frozen vegetables for convenience.
