Description
A simple and healthy slow cooker recipe for tender pork chops with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place carrots, green beans, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season pork chops with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over the pork chops and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
