Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Place carrots, green beans, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season pork chops with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place pork chops on top of the vegetables.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the pork chops and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot.
