Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place pork cubes in the slow cooker.
  2. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
  3. Pour in chicken broth.
  4. Add thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Remove bay leaf before serving.
