A simple and healthy slow cooker salmon recipe that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over salmon.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Pour water into the slow cooker.
- Arrange salmon in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Check for doneness (salmon should flake easily with a fork).
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on slow cooker model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
