Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over salmon.
  3. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  4. Pour water into the slow cooker.
  5. Arrange salmon in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
