Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain and let cool slightly.
  4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
