Description
A delicious combination of smoked brisket and beer cheese stuffed inside soft pretzel dough, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked brisket, shredded
- 1 cup beer cheese sauce
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Coarse salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and knead until dough forms.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
- Flatten each portion and fill with shredded brisket and beer cheese.
- Seal the dough and shape into balls.
- Boil each pretzel bomb in water for 30 seconds.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle coarse salt.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use leftover smoked brisket for best results.
- Adjust cheese sauce thickness with more beer if needed.
