A delicious and healthy lasagna made with smoked mozzarella, packed with flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, spinach, marinara sauce, and smoked mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat noodles for extra fiber.
- Add mushrooms for more texture.
- Substitute with vegan cheese if preferred.
