Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, spinach, marinara sauce, and smoked mozzarella in a baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
