Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onions with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread onions on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
