A simple and healthy one-pan meal featuring smoked sausage and potatoes, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potatoes, bell peppers, and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then stir and add the sliced smoked sausage.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
- Serve hot.
