A healthier twist on the classic s’mores, these chocolate bombs are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into silicone molds, spreading it evenly to coat the sides.
- Let the chocolate set for 5 minutes in the fridge.
- Fill each mold with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
- Seal the top with more melted chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
- Pop the chocolate bombs out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan version.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
