A healthy twist on classic s’mores, these protein balls are packed with nutrients and perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, and salt.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based protein powder and maple syrup.
