Description
A healthy and flavorful dish featuring garlic shrimp and salmon served over rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season shrimp and salmon with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and salmon.
- Serve over rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
