Description

A simple and healthy dip made with roasted peppers, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 25 minutes until skin blisters.
  4. Let peppers cool, then peel off the skin.
  5. Blend peppers with garlic, salt, black pepper, yogurt, lemon juice, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
