Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, bourbon, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
