Ingredients
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeños until softened.
- Add broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
