Ingredients

  • 4 jalapeños, seeded and diced

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
