  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
