Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz), pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour in coconut milk, lime juice, ginger, and turmeric.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
