Description
A healthy and spicy white bean romesco dip perfect for snacks or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
