Description

A healthy and creamy spinach feta yogurt dip perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the spinach.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Let the spinach cool, then squeeze out excess water.
  5. In a bowl, mix yogurt, feta, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. Add the cooked spinach and mix well.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Adjust salt to taste as feta can be salty.
