Ingredients
- 200g fresh spinach
- 250g pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Blend spinach mixture into a smooth sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta with the spinach sauce.
- Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
