Description

Crispy and spicy roasted onion wedges with a kick of sriracha. A healthy, flavorful side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss onion wedges with olive oil, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and crispy.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Use red onions for extra sweetness.
  • Best eaten fresh but can be reheated.
