Description
Crispy and spicy roasted onion wedges with a kick of sriracha. A healthy, flavorful side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large onions, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onion wedges with olive oil, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use red onions for extra sweetness.
- Best eaten fresh but can be reheated.
