Description

Make healthy Starbucks-style egg bites at home with simple ingredients. These protein-packed bites are great for breakfast or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a blender until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg bites are set.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
