  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small whole wheat tortillas


Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Toss sliced steak in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
