Ingredients
- 1 lb lean steak, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the diced steak in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the cooked steak, diced tomatoes, onions, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper to the cheese mixture.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
