Ingredients

  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add sliced steak and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add carrots and spinach. Cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Season with soy sauce. Garnish with green onions before serving.
