A nutritious and flavorful ramen soup with tender steak, fresh vegetables, and a rich broth.
Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add sliced steak and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add carrots and spinach. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Season with soy sauce. Garnish with green onions before serving.
