Description

A delicious and healthy twist on sticky Asian pork ribs, perfect for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Coat the ribs with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
