Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then pan-fry in olive oil until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Add the sauce to the cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sticky.
- Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and steamed broccoli.
